DesktopToWork (DTW) is a young and energetic organization that provides online workplace facilities for various clients. DTW was founded in the Netherlands 10 years ago and didn’t stop growing since. Apart from working with a diverse network of clients, what defines us at DTW is the very good atmosphere and having fun. We are young at heart and a dynamic and flexible organization that intends to make a difference! Because we are opening a new location in Barcelona, we are looking for new team members who would love to jump on our train and get the DTW mindset to Barcelona as well.

About the role:

Do you enjoy working as a System Engineer within all aspects of our complex and challenging platform and are you the one who can manoeuvre in this? As System Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing and managing multiple customer environments. You have good communication skills and are willing to dive into technology, you are always up-to-date when it comes to Microsoft and you are able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions. In addition, you are expected to be able to communicate very well with your colleagues in Barcelona and The Netherlands, so a real team player!

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated work experience, in the field of ICT / Automation;
At least three years of experience as a System Engineer or Support Engineer;
Fluent in English and Spanish;
Knowledge of Microsoft365 (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Citrix and Xenserver and/or Windows Server would be a plus);
A customer and result-oriented attitude; we are very customer minded at DesktopToWork;
You are willing to learn new things and do things “out of the box”;
A team player, together we achieve more;
A real go-getter, “get the job done” mentality;
You are stress resistant and you have a high sense of responsibility;
Excellent communication skills.
